Application

Aluminum Panel Trim used vertically or horizontally between panels. Our aluminum panel trim profiles are available in the most extensive variety of colors on the market today. These profiles are manufactured from the same material as the panel facing, assuring an exact match to your panel color and texture, or choose a different color for accenting. Our panel trims come with the same finish warranty as the panels.

Use

Installation:

Step 1. Carefully unpack the profiles and ensure they are in good condition & fit for purpose.

Step 2. If the items have been anodised, any unsightly jig marks should be cut away from the extreme ends, before fixing commences.

Step 3. Select suitable quality fixings that are appropriate for use with the intended fixing surface.

Step 4. Carefully drill csk. holes through the v-shaped groove, located in the extended fixing flanges of the wall board profiles.

Step 5. After fixing into position, check that the profiles are safely secured to the supporting background surface.

Step 6. To ensure stability, make sure the wall boards are fully inserted into the retaining channels of the profiles.

Cleaning and Maintenance: All that is normally required to maintain the appearance and prevent the build-up of surface contaminants on the visible surfaces is an occasional wipe over with a soft, dry cloth. Any liquids being used for cleaning purposes must be applied in small amounts to a soft cloth. Grease or oil deposits can be removed with organic solvent such as white spirit, followed by wiping over with a mild diluted detergent and rinsing with cold clean water. Dry off with a soft cloth. It is important that abrasive cleaners or scourers are not used on the aluminium surface, as otherwise, damage may occur.
